Who is responsible for your information

HypeBPO Recruitment is the personal information controller for information collected through this website and its official recruitment channels in the Philippines. The privacy contact is hypebporecruitment@gmail.com.

Information we may collect

Depending on whether you are a job seeker or employer, this may include:

• Name, email address, phone or Viber number, and location.
• Educational background, employment history, BPO experience, qualifications, availability, and résumé information.
• Company name, hiring requirements, roles, qualifications, volume, location, and target timeline.
• Messages, application updates, and other information you voluntarily provide.

Please do not submit passwords, one-time PINs, payment details, government ID numbers, medical records, or information that is not reasonably needed for recruitment review.

Purposes and basis for processing

Information may be used to:

• Review candidate suitability for relevant opportunities.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, endorsement, and follow-up.
• Respond to employer inquiries and understand hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment records and improve communication.

HypeBPO processes information you voluntarily submit with your consent, to respond to your request and take recruitment-related steps you ask us to take, and where appropriate for legitimate recruitment, communication, security, and recordkeeping interests that do not override your rights. Educational and other sensitive personal information voluntarily submitted for candidate review is processed with your consent unless another lawful basis applies.

Who may receive information

Information is limited to HypeBPO personnel who need it for recruitment work, relevant hiring employers or authorized recruitment contacts when a profile appears suitable, and service providers used to operate communication, website, and recordkeeping systems. HypeBPO does not sell applicant information.

Storage, transfers, and retention

Website submissions are recorded using services that may process or store data outside the Philippines. HypeBPO uses access controls and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. Recruitment inquiry and applicant-profile records are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. A record may be kept longer when required by law, a documented business obligation, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed about the processing of your data, access or correct it, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, request deletion or blocking, obtain a portable copy where applicable, or raise a complaint. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed before withdrawal. Some records may need to be retained for a lawful reason.

How to make a request

Email hypebporecruitment@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” HypeBPO may ask for limited information needed to verify the request before acting on it. You may also contact or lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.

Children

This website is intended for adults seeking employment or employer recruitment support. HypeBPO does not knowingly use this form to collect applications from minors.

Notice updates

This notice may be updated when recruitment practices, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest published version.

Website measurement

Optional website analytics remain disabled unless HypeBPO configures a measurement ID and a visitor allows analytics through the consent notice. Recruitment forms continue to work when analytics is declined.
